  2021 CHOICES Training Registration Now OPEN! CHOICES helps Connecticut’s older adults and persons with disabilities with Medicare understand their Medicare coverage and healthcare options. Certified CHOICES counselors across the state provide free, unbiased and objective counseling so Medicare beneficiaries can make informed choices about their benefits.
