AARP Connecticut Invites Legislators and Legislative Staff to a Conversation about Aging in Connecticut on Wednesday, August 4th from 1 pm – 2 pm

Please join AARP Connecticut and Elizabeth Dugan, Associate Professor of Gerontology in the McCormack Graduate School for Policy and Global Studies at the University of Massachusetts Boston, for a presentation of the Connecticut Healthy Aging Data Report. This new report examines 190 indicators of wellbeing in local communities and provides valuable insights into what aging looks like throughout the state. Following Dr. Dugan’s presentation, a panel of experts, including Representative Phipps, Co-Chair of the Connecticut General Assembly’s Aging Committee, will have a conversation about the report and what it means for service providers and policymakers.
