The Connecticut Bar Association is providing CT CLE credit for attorneys who attend the entire lunch and learn session on September 23, 2021. Attorneys simply need to record the proper verification code on the verification code page. The link to the verification code page and the verification code will be provided during the session. The session is free and there is still time to register!

Nursing Facility Advocacy 101: The Importance of the Care Plan Meeting  
When: September 23, 2021, 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM  

Attorney Julia Brown and Long-term Care Ombudsman, Mairead Painter, will provide an overview of the importance of actively participating in nursing home care plan meetings and how these meetings can be useful means by which to advocate for a resident under a conservatorship. They will also discuss how to engage the assistance of the Connecticut Long-Term Care Ombudsman’s Office to enhance your advocacy for your client. Sessions are designed for attorneys, but other professionals may attend and can benefit from the information provided.       Register Here
