The Connecticut Council on Developmental Disabilities (CTCDD) is working with the Town of Vernon to help persons with disabilities, their caregivers and their families with obtaining COVID-19 vaccines. They are making sure access to vaccines are accommodating to people’s needs. They are willing to help people throughout Connecticut. In addition, at this website, you can see the map of Connecticut divided into Census tracts, and you can show the overall vaccine coverage, and coverage by various age bands, one of which is 65+. Additionally, if you click the little arrow at the bottom, you can bring up the mapped data in table form, which tells you for each Census tract, how many individuals there are left to be vaccinated in various age groups.
