Hartford HealthCare is hosting a Dementia Symposium for Health Care Professionals Wednesday, September 22, 2021, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM.

Caring for a person with dementia is not intuitive and brings daily challenges. This symposium will provide greater insight into the most common forms of dementia, the disease progression and the effects on family and care partners. The conference will also provide practical care strategies on caring for a person with dementia.
