This trial is designed to study an investigational medication (RTB-101) that we hope can prevent or reduce COVID 19 symptoms in people age 65 or older, who have either: 

Tested positive for COVID-19 but do not have any symptoms of COVID-19, or live with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19.

Participants must be enrolled within 4 days of either testing positive, or being exposed to someone in the household that tested positive. Participants will be randomized (like the flip of a coin) to receive either the study medication (RTB-101) or a placebo to take once a day for two weeks. The study team will call participants twice a week over the two weeks, and for one additional week after completing the study medication.
