MDT Team Case Conferences 2023-24 Dates

FreeJoin professional peers to conduct a confidential review of complex case(s) of suspected elder abuse, exploitation and/or neglect and share effective resources.
MDT Meetings will be held at Mozaic Senior Life at 4200 Park Avenue, Bridgeport at 10amon the following Tuesdays:

MDT Case Conferences
Case conferences on elder safety, justice and abuse related situations will resume in person this year for the first time since 2019, with one online winter date. Given the sensitivity of our topic, we hope to resume the face-to-face relationships and discussions that can only happen in person, whether during the meeting or in the hallway afterwards. To ensure we can meet without rescheduling in the winter, one online MDT case conference will take place in February. Email to obtain the link.
